The Ethics Committee of MCS International LLC was established in 2020 based on the
MCS Group’s Code of Ethics. Its primary responsibility is to introduce the Group’s
Code of Ethics to all employees of the company, ensure its implementation, and
promote a responsible, transparent, and open corporate culture.
As part of its operations, the Ethics Committee receives reports related to ethical
violations or improper business practices through its “Open Talk” communication
channel from employees, suppliers, and clients. All reports are reviewed and resolved
through the appropriate procedures.
In accordance with the Ethical Code, the Ethics Committee strictly maintains the
confidentiality of all reports and prohibits any intentional or unintentional concealment of
violations, as well as any form of pressure or coercion. Therefore, if you become aware
of any breach or suspected breach of the laws of Mongolia or the Ethical Code, you are
encouraged to promptly report it to the Ethics Committee.
