The Ethics Committee of MCS International LLC was first established in 2020 based on the MCS Group Code of Ethics. The committee is responsible for introducing the Group’s Code of Ethics to all employees of the company, monitoring its implementation, and fostering a responsible, transparent, and open corporate culture.
Within this framework, through the Ethics Committee’s “Open Talk” communication channel, we receive and process information from employees, suppliers, and customers regarding any ethical breaches or unfair practices related to business operations, ensuring that such matters are resolved at the appropriate level.
In accordance with the Code of Ethics, the Ethics Committee strictly maintains the confidentiality of all information and prohibits any intentional or unintentional concealment of breaches, as well as any form of pressure or retaliation. Therefore, if you become aware of any breach or potential breach of the laws of Mongolia or the standards defined in the Code of Ethics, you are encouraged to promptly report it to the Ethics Committee.
You may report any violations of ethical norms, conflicts of interest, breaches of laws, rules, or regulations, as well as cases of bribery, corruption, improper gifts, incentives and any misuse of money, materials, or other company assets.
