This is often the step candidates overlook, but it is the most important one. Before applying, we encourage you to pause and reflect on your personal aspirations and career goals.
Whether you are just starting your career or seeking the next step in your journey, it is essential to identify the role that best align with your values and ambitions. This stage helps you assess how your values, lifestyle, and aspirations fit with our culture, team, work environment, learning programs, and development opportunities.
Tips for self-reflection and goal setting:
Define your future goals – Where do you want to be in 3, 5, or 10 years? What do you want to achieve and who do you want to become? Recognize your values and motivations – What matters most to you in the workplace? (personal growth, stability, contributing to society, etc.) Evaluate your skills and knowledge – How do your current abilities and development opportunities align with the role’s requirements? Choose the right role – Research company culture, values, work environment, and growth opportunities, and match them with your personal goals.
